What is personal coaching?

Coaching is all about helping you get unstuck in your life. Whether you’re struggling with a specific situation or a general feeling of not being where you want to be, we’ll uncover the obstacles that are holding you back and take practical, actionable steps to unlock your potential, reach your goals (and often surpass them!) and live a healthier, happier life.

What can personal coaching help with?

We can improve your relationships, self-confidence, mindset, health, career goals and/or just about anything you’d like.

You’re a therapist. How is coaching different than therapy?

As a therapist, I come in with a lot of insight and years of professional training and skills in human psychology, but coaching is different from therapy because it doesn’t directly address mental health conditions. It’s also more future-oriented. 

How does personal coaching work?

I typically meet with coaching clients once a week on Zoom, as well as chat in between coaching sessions via text and email.

The coaching process often goes a bit faster than therapy. For some people, it’s a few months and done; others prefer to have me in their corner long term, helping them through the variety of situations that life brings.

It’s totally customized, so we’ll talk about what works best for you.

How can I get started?

If you’d like to give it a go, we’ll set up an initial Zoom meeting to talk about where you are and where you’d like to be and create a plan to move forward.

Your initial coaching session is $350 and it lasts about one hour.
