Therapy Info:

• Kara is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York (#000957) and a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in California (#20172).

• Therapy sessions are online. Or if you prefer, you can do phone sessions.

• Kara has a concierge therapy practice with a monthly subscription plan.

• Kara accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB and most credit cards, debit cards, FSA and HSA cards, Zelle, Venmo and ACH transfers.

• If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of session costs. While Kara doesn’t work directly with insurance companies, we’ll give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company if you’d like. Please note that reimbursement isn’t guaranteed and is often difficult in today’s health insurance environment.

• New York and California residents only, please.

• Kara has limited availability and only accepts new clients at certain times.
